Objectives

We took over The Pen Shop's affiliate program back in November of 2022. Our main objectives were to drive more traffic and cement the brand in the affiliate marketing world, expanding their digital footprint and ultimately generating more sales month on month.

Strategy

Quickly after taking over the program, we put together a big affiliate recruitment plan, drawing from our many years of experience and knowledge, creating an affiliate pool of high performing and well known sites. In order for the program to grow, we are constantly engaging with affiliates, pushing out sale messages to the affiliates and recruiting new ones.

As soon as we took over the program, we implemented a comprehensive strategy to enhance the affiliate channel. We have focused on proactive affiliate recruitment, offering competitive commissions, personalised support, and a wide range of promotional materials. By nurturing strong relationships with affiliates, optimising promotional efforts, and collaborating on engaging content creation, we have maximised the impact of the affiliate program, driving revenue growth and expanding their brand reach.

Affiliate marketing is a significant channel for The Pen Shop as the program makes up about 20% of their online revenue.
